Robert Pickton attended Tuesday's legal arguments. (Global BC) Defence lawyer Peter Ritchie has been complaining the Crown is not disclosing enough of its evidence. The Crown told a provincial court judge in Port Coquitlam Tuesday that it has met many of the concerns about disclosure expressed by Ritchie last week. But Ritchie says more material is needed, and he's getting concerned because the actual hearing starts in less than a month. The judge adjourned the arguments until Monday. Pickton attended the hearing seated in a glass-enclosed prisoner's box. He is charged with murdering 15 women who disappeared from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. © Copyright 2002 CP Broadcast News |
